Huntingdon Academy is a two-form entry school located five minutes walking distance from Nottingham city centre. There are 453 children on roll and the school has a 52 place nursey. What a journey it has been.
This incredible group started their school adventure when the world stood still. They navigated the uncertainty of Covid, adapted to changes beyond their years, and showed strength from the very beginning.
Along the way, as a school family, we experienced heartbreak with the loss of two much-loved colleagues. Through those difficult times, they showed compassion, kindness and courage.
They have laughed with us, cried with us, supported one another and created friendships that will last far beyond the school gates. Most importantly, they have grown into resilient, hilarious, caring and inspiring young people.
Today we celebrate not just their achievements, but the remarkable people they have become.
